My toolbar is missing - my navigational toolbar is suddenly gone.

How can I get it back???

I am using Firefox - Firefox Help says to go to the menu and click RESTORE DEFAULT but there is no such item.

If I go into customize I can see the toolbar and add things and remove things but the minute I exit customize it disappears again.

Right click on the blue bar at the top of the Firefox screen and make sure there is a tick beside 'Menu bar'

Yep it is as you say but I am really puzzled because for a while there was no menu bar or whatever it was that Firefox said I needed to do - it wasn't there but then a few minutes later a miraculous transformation - does not make sense but anyway - I got it thanks.
