Getting Sent To "Oracle OpenSSO" While On Verizon Site

Every time I try to access the "My Rewards" section of the Verizon site, I get taken to "Oracle OpenSSO", "You have already logged in. Do you want to log out and then login to a different organization?".  If I hit "Yes" or "No" I usually get locked out of my site account.

I believe it is on Verizon's side as I think it is an identity management program.
