Have you run the Dell Diagnostics?

Can you return the system (if you delay, this may no longer be an option)?

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 1.1.8) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 8 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner (along with EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys).  Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

While the memory dumps blame the video drivers - there's a lot of stuff going on in the stack prior to the involvement of the video

I guess that this is all user level stuff that's making the video driver have problems.

As such, my first suggestion is to run a clean boot and see if the problem remains:  http://www.thewindowsclub.com/what-is-clean-boot-state-in-windows
