I am new to this Community. Hello!!

Having problems with an error message "system32\kernels64. I seen some other postings on it from awhile back. I was told to get some expert advice before I mess with HiJackThis?? I think that is what the program is. Could I get some advice??

What is the exact wording of the error message, and what are you doing when the error occurs?
Unless the error message is malware related, HJT will not be of significant help in fixing the problem.
