If re-installing don't work you may try this, or even try this first.

"My solution was to uninstall/remove the printer in windows/devices/printers and then "rediscover" the printer.

When asked if I wanted to use the existing driver, I said NO and reinstalled the default driver.
I did not reboot the PC, restart Firefox or any other thing and it printed the first time."

Is Firefox Up to date?  Sometimes it is the simple stuff to check first.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version

I know you said you Reset, but did you follow all the directions at this help page?  I have not had this issue but will do some searching for you.  Hamluis's answer of re-installing Firefox may be needed.

Have you ever Printed from FF before?

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-print-web-pages-firefox

Are other options welcome, like creating a PDF from the page you want to print?

I use this one all the time, or sometimes will just Copy Paste the Text to a Word Document, screenshots to if needed.

What Operating System?

And any other symptoms that may help.  Here is a quote from Mozilla help, have you seen these:

"If you cannot see any content on pages you printed or in print preview, the cause might be margins which are set too high."

@louie469 #4

If you click on 'Bookmarks - Show all bookmarks' in the pop-up box that appears you should see an entry on the top row 'Import and Backup'. Click this and you will get the option to save your bookmarks in one of two formats, I usually use the HTML format. Then save the file somewhere where you can find it again.

To restore them, repeat the first two steps then 'Import', navigate to your saved file, open it and that's it. I try to do this every two or three months or so just to keep a reasonably up to date bookmarks file.
