I have similar issue. my toshiba, I replaced the motherboard, and CPU. powered up fine and I began a Windows 10 upgrade. in the middle of the upgrade, the toshiba just died. I tried rebooting it, and it would partially, then, the loud 3 beep alarm, after that....nothing. I removed the RAM, HDD, repalced the CPU, nothing. no signs of life. is the MOBO fried again??
