error regarding drivers

i get this type of error 

no key or anything working during that time 

i have to shut down force fully.in short directly via power button.

When you receive a message of this nature you should allow Windows to do its repair.  You should not do a hard shut down as this could result in damaged files.


Can you now start the computer?


If not, what happens when you attempt to start it?
