Outlook 2013 with 3-4 different email accounts with data file. How can I have 2 of them deliver the new emails to the data file? I've looked through some internet posts and I can not find "change folder" in the email account in account settings. I'm not sure if this is the correct way and if it's a good idea to have the new emails delivered to the data file.

Thank you

IMAP. I'm not sure it's a good idea to have the emails delivered to the pst data file? Is it best to use pst files for storage? I've been reading some additional articles today.

Thanks
