Hi I got a MSI R7 370 gaming 4g card the other day. I installed it into my PC and booted it up. The light on the card is working but no fan spinning or any output to the monitor. Ive tried disabling the integrated graphics and reinstalling the GPU + installing it's drivers. Any help?

NOTE: The card is powered off of a mile adaptor
