Hello, yesterday i bought photoshop and used my Wacom Tablet to draw. After about 2 hours my system froze and i had a sound loop (had spotify open) then i got a bluescreen. It happened when i clicked a button on my tablet which is assigned STRG+ALT+Ztp undo in ps.

So after that everything is working fine and nothing happened. Could this have been a one time thing or is this serious ?

I used SysnativeBSODCollectionApp but it was stuck in "waiting for systeminfo". So i read in the forum that i should just zip the folder by myself.

I hope someone can help me, thanks! EDIT: The Attached Files are in german, i hope this is not a problem and if so, please tell me how to get them in english.

The language isn't a problem.  Most of the reports use the same format no matter what the language is.

A one time BSOD usually isn't a problem.  The old advice for this was to wait and see if you get another (sometimes Windows will fix it on it's own).

But we'll look at the reports and see what we can find.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 1.90) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

There are errors in Device Manager for a PS2 mouse and keyboard.  If you are using a USB mouse and keyboard, these are safe to ignore.

If not, please let us know and we'll look into it.

Please ensure that your BitDefender program is updated to the latest version.  Earlier versions of the 2016 issue had some problems with BSOD's when also running MalwareBytes (also update MalwareBytes).

MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner (along with EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys).  Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

Your WinPcap driver ( npf_devolo.sys ) dates from 2007 and likely isn't compatible w/W10.  Please uninstall the program that uses this.

This is most likely associated with your Devolo DLan program (so uninstall it).

Finally, the memory dump blames your nVidia video drivers.  Please unisntall them, then visit the nVidia website to download and install the latest available, W10 compatible version for your system.
