Every Time I Open A Web Page

Every time I open a web page, I have to go to the top right and maximize it--How can I change it so that everytime I open a web page it automatically comes us maximized? Thank you--

Open your browser (only one copy of the browser should be opened) and manually drag the all the edges to fill the screen then close the browser by right clicking on its button in the task bar (at the bottom of the screen - not the X in the top right corner) and choose "close".

The browser will then remember the setting and open full size.
