  Hello all,

 How do you log on to Windows 10 owner account if you have forgot the password. This is my work computer and I just had Windows 10 installed, I cannot get into it and I cannot get a hold of the ##$$@#% who installed it.I have a bid due @ 10 AM. So any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have done it this way before. If you scroll down a little you will be able to see where it uses the recovery feature, and assigns an Admin command prompt to the ease of access button. Then you can create another Admin account and change the password. This assumes that you are using a local account and not a microsoft account. If you are using a Microsoft account you will need to reset it through them.
