I visit a certain website on a somewhat regular occasion. I tried Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome and the website cannot be accessed. The website didn't block me. However, when I use proxy I can reach it. Error given by the browser is DNS not found or server error.

It's http://pescanik.net.

I can access it only through proxy.

I can access it, like any other website I want to visit.

I would delete my cookies for that site and get new ones (by visiting site after deletion of cookies).  See Existing Cookie May Be Corrupt.

I've deleted the cookies for the site, I can't access it still. This is what I get.

This site can’t be reached

pescanik.net’s server DNS address could not be found.

And I don't have the logo anymore on the tab.

I have ran into some DNS issues lately. Try the OpenDNS addresses. For Windows 7 see these steps. Be sure to flush the DNS as linked to at the end of the guide. I have found that it is best to reboot after changing the DNS server addresses.
