Try to double check that you are not simply being directed to a fake lookalike login screen....

(Is there any sort of phone number you are directed to? If so, is fake, might just be a browser hijack lock)

Check safe mode?

You have not given anyone any remote access recently to make such admin account login/password changes, have you?
