just wondering if anyone know a good biclique software?

i'm newbee on this...

the reason is a friend that was infected with the locky version that gives you 32 hex label,

and then i found about biclique decrypting i was thinking maybe the 32 hex was two 16 hex keys for decrypt the file,

but i'm not a master of programming so maybe there was already a software to use,

by put in the hex numbers and after some luck get a key and decrypt the files or something..

would it be possible?
