I'm an IT staff working in a call center and we have our very own PBX and VICIdial system.
Our Agents are experiencing calls that are are establishing (status on their phone) but is still ringing.
We tested the numbers called by the agents that they complain about and it does. We waited for the someone to answer but no one does. The phone is established and still ringing for almost 3 minutes already.
We have 3 VOIP providers
1 works just fine, the other two has the issue.
Its quite hard to believe that its our dialer system, and its also hard to see if its the VOIP because they claim that its just us that experiencing it.
If anyone here has any idea we shall send them other information.
