Gmail Profile Picture it will not change on my Gmail Login Screen ?

I changed my Gmail Profile Picture it will not change on my Gmail Login Screen what is the fix get back to me please

Clear your web browser cache in whatever web browsers you're using where the old picture continues to stick around.

I did Clear my  web browser cache my new picture did apply everywhere

 it will not change on my Gmail Login Screen only what is the fix get back to me please

I have no idea.  The typical fix for this sort of thing is getting rid of old cache.  If that didn't fix it that's all I've got.

    britechguy I saw where the change could take 24 hours to apply is this right ?
