Your UEFI/BIOS (version P2.20) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

This device does not have drivers installed:

SM Bus Controller    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C22&SUBSYS_8C221849&REV_05\3&11583659&0&FB    The drivers for this device are not installed.

Please download and install the latest, W10 compatible chipset drivers for your system.

Healthmon.exe is having issues.  It belongs to the AdAware program on your system.

Please uninstall the AdAware program and see if that stops the problems.

Drivers for the SecretZone program date from 2010/11

Please uninstall the SecretZone program

The errors seem to point to video.
As such, there are 3 things to try:

- uninstalling your video drivers, then downloading and installing a fresh copy of the latest, W10 compatible version from the manufacturer's website

- if changing the drivers doesn't work, then start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html (start with the video tests)
Please complete all of the tests and let us know the results.

- if this still doesn't fix things, then the next step is to try another video card.  If you don't have another card, you may want to purchase one from a shop that let you return it (for your money back) if it's not needed.
