Recently afew days ago i played on the computer everything was fine and dandy though i had afew browser freezes which was weird.

I went to sleep woke up the next day with unidentified network and i tried to reset router and modem with no avail, the net worked again later in the night and i started to backup drivers and run scans

afew things were found nothing too serious i don't think then i carried on and woke up the next day with the same issue....

i've tried cmd flush renew release and all that and the issue seems to happen when everyone is up on the computer using the wifi but it's just my computer which is new but it's the only one having the problem?

i've updated the network drivers and set my ip subnet and gate way and started using google dns now. I feel maybe some virus is kicking my ip? or cockblocking me from the net somehow

Windows 10 home, used malewarebytes been using windows defender tried avast now trying spybot 2

Net currently working but  i know the issue is yet again going to show up.... Sorry it's abit of a jumble i'm a potato

net is currently super slow aswell so it all could be router issue i suppose? but i want to be somewhat sure

Welcome to BC...

Have you tried connecting without WIFI....using a cable? If you had the same problem then that would eliminate the WIFI adapter in the computer.

Of course, if it does point to the adapter as being the problem...and the computer is under warranty...you should return to manufacturer for repair.

I would not recommend Spybot. It has for a long time lost favor with the security pros. Uninstall or at least disable until scans are completed.

See what the programs below can find and clean the computer.

Use CCleaner to remove Temporary files, program caches, cookies, logs, etc. Use the Default settings. No need to use the

Registry Cleaning Tool...risky. Pay close attention while installing and UNcheck offers of toolbars....especially Google.

After install, open CCleaner and run by clicking on the Run Cleaner button in the bottom right corner.

CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

Download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Scan button.
  • When the scan has finished click on Clean button.
  • Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
  • Please post the contents of that logfile with your next reply.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.
  • download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
  • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
  • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
  • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
  • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
  • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
  • Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message
