I'm not huge with computers, I've built computers before and stuff, but I don't know exactly how to fix software issues, I'm more of a hardware guy, haha. However, I've came across an issue with my computer where whenever I boot the PC, I'm getting an error and it states the following.

"The module "C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Ugmedia\dhqwuckp.dll" may not be compatible with the version of Windows that you're running. Check if the module is compatible with an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of regsvr32.exe"

Also, I'm not familiar with this whole Ugmedia thing, I've never dealt with it before or heard of anything involving it. PLEASE help me, this has been extremely frustrating and nothing I have done has fixed it.
