PC Shuts off / Crashes During Gaming

It shuts off as if someone pulls the power cord from the socket, I play CS:GO and it doesn't crash until I enter a game.

I have never had problems with this PC before this.

 

PC Specs:

 

CPU: AMD FX-8320

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-78LMT

RAM: 1x8GB DDR3

PSU: 550W (not sure what brand)

GPU: Nvidia GTX 750ti
