Good evening people,

Got an issue that i'm trying to resolve... When i go to DL a file any website (including microsoft) i'm getting some hangtime and then an error...

I'm not too cluey on computers but i am interested and would love to get this resolved. I have downloads enabled in the "tools" "internet options" "security" tab menu and am unsure why i'm getting this problem.

Anyone want to lend a hand ? or if you need more info just ask.

What exactly does the error say?
