Which GPU you should get depends on what you will be doing.  What will you be doing with this PC?  There are plenty of low-end options.  A simple card would be a SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 460 100409-2GOCL 2GB

R9 270x is best from those listed.

There is no R7 270X.  I assume you are referring to the R9 270X, which, if that's the case, is the highest end of that list.  The R9 270X is a high-end card, but the list is mostly aimed at low to mid-range GPU's, which is why I selected the RX 460.

I see no problem with that. 8 months hardly makes difference unless used very badly.

I ignore that r9 270x. Should i buy that gtx 560 ti seems good among gtx 750 ti, gtx 660, radeon hd 7750, gtx 650 ti. Or which is good?

Of that list, the GTX 660.  The GTX 660 Ti would be even better, followed by the GTX 760.

Well, I guess it could be since it is a souped-up version of the GTX 660.

GTX 750 Ti is much newer but is has not raw power enough to beat 660 Ti. 750 Ti has much lower power consumption however.

However I would leave GTX 750 Ti out of consideration as AMD RX 460 is much better. So it's used 660 Ti or new RX 460, not GTX 750 Ti unless used and cheap.

I agree with this. Unless you can get one much cheaper, a RX 460 is twice the performance in some games over the 750ti for the same price.
