Windows Audio Endpoint Builder Trouble

My audio wont start, so I reinstalled, disabled, and enabled, but didnt work.


I went to services.msc, and saw:



The problem is windows audio is dependant on AudioEndpointBuilder, but Audio Endpoint Builder wont start. When I try to start it, I get an error: (Image is attached)



How do I fix this please?
