I have had this problem for around 2 weeks now, sometimes after booting up the autoplay window pops up like when you insert a USB drive for example.

This happens repeatedly every few seconds taking the focus away from whichever window/program I have running.

It recognises a drive (G), but its almost as if this is being mounted and unmounted every couple of seconds so its impossible to actually click on open to see what it is. The drive doesnt show up in Disk management and there is nothing externaly plugged into the PC which could explain what this mystery drive is...

Any ideas on diagnosing this problem?

Many thanks
