Host Process for Setting Synchronization stopped

Hi, I accidentally stopped "Host Process for Setting Synchronization" in my task manager. I want to reopen it. I restarted my laptop but it didn't work. I also tried to open the SettingSyncHost.exe in windows/system32/ but it also didn't work. What can I do?
