What is the make and model of this computer?

Open the Device Manager and double click or tap on Network Adapters.

Double click or tap on the wired network adapter.

You should see a message stating that This device is working properly.

Click or tap on the Driver tab, then click or tap on Update Driver to see if there is a newer driver available.
