Hello all, I need help finding the correct installs for my Operating System. I have Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit  and I just done a clean install and am looking for the correct download link for service pack 1.

I was on the microsoft web site trying to find it and I can't find the correct download link. Also I am looking for the 2016 roll up pack link that installs all the updates up to I think it's April 2016.

Thank you so much for your help with this.

- Service Pack 1:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15090/windows-7-install-service-pack-1-sp1

(it doesn't matter if you got Win 7 Professional or Ultimate. Just look for the right version (32 bit or 64 bit))

- The convenience roll up package:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3125574

After you have installed SP 1 you are going to need this guide:

Ok, so i followed that link and i downloaded the the file, but when i go to install it......it says do you want to install the Microsoft debugging symbols . This is not the service pack 1 that i'm looking for. i don't understand why Microsoft makes it so difficult to download the correct item you want. All i want is the service pack 1 installer. Sorry if i'm being a pain guys.

When you click on the "Download" button, you are asked to choose which file you want to download. The one you want to download is the one I put between parenthesis: windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe

No worries, it happens to pretty much everyone with that update. The scroll bar isn't that obvious at first.

Ok, so i downloaded the Rollup pack and tried to install it...and it says "The update is not applicable to your computer"

I'm not sure how to get it to install, service pack 1 installed fine for me.

Not sure what to do next.

Install this update first.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3020369

Then try to install the Rollup update once more.
