Hi, everyone.

We have an HP LaserJet Pro 300 color MFP M375nw that has a problem: scanned documents appear with a long vertical black line in the middle, from top to bottom.

Any idea of what may be causing this? How to solve it?

All it takes is 1 small speck to cause that, as the paper moves across the scan glass that speck is blocking the light so it makes a vertical line like that.
