Pc says Inaccessible_boot_device upon starting. I can start into safemode, but then when i try to open anything like file explorer, it says Explorer.exe could not be accessed, you may not have the correct privilege. (Something to that effect)

Please help.

I managed to fix the privilage explorer.exe thing by using cmd prompt "icacls c:\windows /grant username:f"

Not sure what to do now

EDIT: i restarted the pc and it seems to work now, but with new issues.
Everythibg from the deaktop is gone except shortcuts that were present before. The layout of the pc i general looks different, like more basic/fresh windows 10?
Had issues trying to open folders such as programs, it said i didn't have access but gave me access after pressing continue.

Also, the start menu doesn't work. The icon is there, but it doesn't react to being clicked or pressing the button on the keyboard.

Other files seem to be ok. My chrome was completely reset, my bookmarks and stuff are gone.

Anything i can do?
