This is a variant of Apocalypse, and we can only help once we have acquired a sample of the malware itself. If you have the virus that caused the encryption, you may submit it here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/submit-malware.php?channel=168

It is believed this variant comes in through RDP, so you can consider your system compromised, and should upgrade your security policies regarding that.

You'll have to do some scans to find it. Try MalwareBytes and HitmanPro. You can submit that RDP Wrapper for analysis, but I don't believe that is the encrypting malware, probably just a tool they used while in the system. You may also run and post an FRST log and I can try reading through that for anything suspicious.

Thank you for the payment.

You have received RAR archive with decryption software.

Download Link:
https://www.sendspace.com/file/s4qywr(Im sorry for sendspace but your gmail doesnt allow me to attach an archive)

Password for archive: USDEFD1609

To use it you should open this archive with WinRAR and extract decrypter_USDEFD1609.exe

Next, you have to run it as Administrator (right click button, select "Run as administrator")

After these actions all your files will be recovered back(time of process can take some minutes if you has lot of data)

There is an ongoing discussion in this topic where you can ask questions and seek further assistance. Other victims have been directed there to share information, experiences and suggestions.Rather than have everyone with individual topics, it would be best (and more manageable for staff) if you posted any more questions, comments or requests for assistance in the above support topic discussion. To avoid unnecessary confusion, this topic is closed.
