What source for Windows 7 do you plan to use?

Is the original hdd still in use and does it contain the original Windows 7 software in a restore partition?

Give the brand and model of the computer.

What problems are you experiencing with the computer? Be specific as possible because all possible problems can't be solved by a reinstall of software.
