Of course not sure where to ask...or even how to ask

I use Dreamweaver 4 to edit my site.. it's all I know [ at best ] . Am wanting to create an  html (?.. is that the term ? ).. that I can link to from the home page.

All I need to know is how to create that page.. so I can edit text and pics on it.

Thanks in advance... Terry

To create the webpage, you need to learn the basic HTML. With HTML you also need to learn CSS. CSS is used to create the layout fo the website. You can learn them from w3school. If you ask me i would suggest that you start learning from HTML 5 and CSS 3. HTML5 and CSS 3 are the latest versions. But if you prefer video tutorials then you can learn from udemy and lynda websites.
