As mentioned in my other IRQL/BSOD post- Deleted, updated and followed some other recommendations.  BSOD is gone (thank you) although I see laptop is not in the best of health.

I actually am most concerned to find out if the unwanted software mentioned in the last post is gone. i would appreciate assistance with that.

I've attached a new perfmon report & sysnative file collection app file here as I did not see a way to attach new files to the original post.

Thanks

Thanks for replying.

I should have been clearer. The laptop is performing normally again. No BSOD.

It's just that I took a peek at the attached reports and, from the little that I could understand, there were still unresolved problems "under the hood".

As it is running without any apparent functional issues, do you think that I should leave it be and not tinker with it too much?

Thanks again

Also, mentioned in previous thread- this laptop has switched hands multiple times. Programs may have been installed that resulted in corrupted files. Attempted to delete a few questionable apps but not knowledgeable enough to determine how effective this was.

Thanks

Don't fix the things which are not broken ;)

If you are having problems then please let me know. Else, enjoy the system. If this system has switched multiple hands, I would suggest you to follow the following guide to get help in the Virus Removal section to make sure that the system is clean -
