I downloaded a game last night and was just playing it when my computer spontaneously shut down. I now have no Internet access on my laptop and it says no wireless networks are available. My modem is working just fine so I know it's my computer that's the issue. I'm unsure of how I will be able to download any removal software without a connection. I hope someone can help me please. Thank you

I contacted my isp and they assigned my modem a new ip address. That didn't help.

I'm going to try resetting my pc without removing personal files. I didn't have much on it anyway.
