I paid the Money, but not all of my things are decrypted. I need the fixed File of the Decryption Software please...it is not working good,  only for Volume C. 5tb of Data on the Buffalo Linkstations are still encryptet !! I paid the money and so please give me a fixed File of the Decryption Software.

So I need the decryption tool to decrypt all files on my network shares, not just drive C

You need to try to contact the extortionists if you are having problems with their decrypter. They don't normally hang out here.

 

Also, run the decrypter with administrative rights.
