Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here, so please bear with me as I learn more about your community.

My Dell XPS machine has been freezing, crashing, and showing the BSOD everyday, multiple times, for the last few days. I am unsure of the problem. I have ran a Malware Bytes test, it found nothing. I also ran a rootkit, and it found nothing. I ran a scan on Windows Defender, which also found nothing. The only abnormality I have found is that there are 4 unknown devices listed in my DM. I also can not use a USB drive because they  are all missing the driver. I am running Windows 10. I was hoping for some guidance on how to tackle the issue.
