Hey guys, I did a factory reset but now at the Microsoft Account screen it is only allowing me to type in the "Email or Phone" field. The mouse is moving around ad normal but I can't click on "skip this step", help please?

Microsoft is assuming everyone chose to use an account, hence no option after the reset. If the option has gone and there is definitely nothing else on screen I think you may have to just create a new account. You should not have to give personal information, so if you don't want it to be personal simply use a nickname for a new email address rather than real name. Either that or a mobile number from an old mobile sim card you still have, and preferably switch your windows account to 'local' rather than an online syncronised 'microsoft' account.

Microsoft offer the full version of windows 10 to download from their website which may have the skip option (an iso file which you must burn to disc yourself) but if your system was bought with windows already installed, then it may not activate without having to pay again
