Hope this has enough information... issue is driving me crazy... I pulled my debug logs, but it ONLY happens when playing something like Fo4 or The Division. I never had any issues playing Warthunder or any other game. PSU seems to be fine, System passed a memcheck. Please help :(  I know about the controller issue..... windows screwed me and there is no way to make it work in windows 10 that I've found, evne with some MFG help. and I've also lost USB 3.0 support EG I can plug in a usb 3.0 to usb 2.0 and it works and read. And an usb 2.0 to a 3.0 port and it works, but a 3.0 in a 3.0 fails to read. 2.0 works in a 2.0 port/hub

·  10 Version 1511 (BUILD 10586.545)

· None - Win 7 Ultimate ran for years no issues
· Full retail version

· System Manufacturer - Built not bought
· Laptop or Desktop? Desktop

Notes:

- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device) -this might be my issue
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)  Bios is fully updated from MFG site
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check. - Mild OC - but BSOD issue is not stemming from Vcore drops it appears nor anything on that end. They appear to be DX related specifically.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system) - blown out monthly with a aircompressor - and every 6 months I rinse my radiator out in water (take it out stick it in a  bucket of room temp water let the water pull all the dirt and hair out, let them sit on paper towels and wooden blocks for 8 hours then reinstalled.)
- missing Windows Updates - Upto date as far as windows has updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems - Not pirated - Maybe I have a SCSI/SAS/RAID card installed HP 420i but system was stable prior to win10
- low-level driver problems - YES- ALL OVER THE PLACE... BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP window 10...... MFG can't even sort out what windows 10 did to this PC.

The memory dump analysis that you posted seems to point to video issues (as does my analysis of all of the memory dumps)
This can either be driver issues or hardware

1)  update the video driver software

2)  run these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html (start with the video tests)

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 4801) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

This device has problems in Device Manager:

Standard SATA AHCI Controller    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1D02&SUBSYS_84EF1043&REV_05\3&11583659&0&FA    This device cannot start.

These are most likely a part of your Intel chipset drivers.  Please install a freshly downloaded copy.

If that doesn't take care of the error, then download/install a fresh copy of the latest Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.  i5 and i7 processors can be "auto-overclocked" by using Intel's TurboBoost feature.  If so, it's safe to disregard this caution.

Please note the number of extremely older drivers in the report below.

Any of them could be incompatible w/W10 and could be causing problems.

I suggest either uninstalling the programs associated with them - or updating to a version that's known to be compatible w/W10.
