Hi,

Temporarely uninstall Download Accelerator Plus, REBOOT your machine and tell me if the problem persists.

You have a remote administrator application installed on your computer. Are you a legitimate user of this program ?
Everyday is virus day. Do you know where your recovery CDs are ?
Did you create them yet ?
