is xlag (http://smokebreakgaming.wixsite.com/gtavcontent/xlag-wireless-lagswitch) which is a lagswitch for gta 5 a virus or is it safe to use? im asking because i need to be able to get into a solo online public session

Since it's in .NET, I took a quick look at it using ILSpy. It doesn't look malicious, though the way it works is dumb as hell... It basically sends the content of a string repeatedly to the server. And the string is just "DataDataDataetc" and it grows bigger depending on the level of "lag" you choose.
