R9 290 causing whole system crash

Been trying to find an answer to why my system keeps crashing.  Between 4 different computer technicians we still can't figure out the exact cause of the crashing.  It only happens after gaming for a few hours, and eventually the machine just completely cuts off power to a black screen and reboots itself.  Viewing crash logs just show a generic kernal power loss message which gave no answers.  I've been testing all the other components in the machine thinking at first it may be my CPU overclock or something along those lines.  Setting every back to default values and this still is an issue.  The only way I can replicate it is if I try to game immediately after it crashes and then it will go back down in usually 1-2 minutes.  It seems to act like its an overheating issue, but I have been actively monitoring temperatures and they don't even come close to dangerous levels.  I read that this can be a problem with the R9 290 and some people recommend using Afterburner to force constant voltage and disable ULPS.  Doing both of those things have not made an impact on the crashing.  I'm thinking that when the graphics load jumps the voltage is cutting out possibly, but I am just guessing.  The only other step I can think is to RMA my power supply, but this PSU was running this machine fine before this card.  If any additional information is required please let me know as well as what tests/results I should run/post.  

 

*note:  temperatures listed are high on the cpu due to a stress test I am currently running (x264).

Will post the monitoring data and smbus data below.  I have used this program to actively monitor temperatures and voltages while playing but didn't notice anything myself.  The crash happens so quickly and randomly its hard to see what may be the cause.  Only thing I know is that the temperatures never got to unsafe levels that should warrant the system shutting down.
