are you using a after market graphic card or one already in the pc?

I found the lastest PhysX driver for windows 8.1.  you can give that a go if ya want.

 

http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.16.0318-driver.html

 use only if your sure you want to, not on my say so.  i only know what works for me at times.  remember to always create a new restore point before any new changes.

i'm using one already in pc. i already downloaded the latest physx driverr but the same problem still exist
