I'm looking for an app that

A) is free to download and use. No trial versions, here; I just want to be able download it for free.

B) provides a service identical (or at least substantially similar) to Xpadder (that is, allowing me to map keyboard & mouse functions to my game controller), and

C) can work on Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit. Even the free versions of Xpadder I've managed to find aren't compatible with this OS.
