Hi guys,

troubles started only after the upgrade to Windows 10 and I frankly tried to ignore the 1-2 BSOD's per day as I'm working 10h+ and still with deadlines in tow.

Lately the BSOD's hit more often and from different reasons: Kernel Security Check Failure, IRQL not less or equal, Memory Management...

I already ran all kinds of hardware tests, everything seems to be fine.

Please note that the SysnativeFileCollection is a .rar inside a .zip as the file was too big.

PLEASE help,

ZS.

May I ask the purpose of putting a .RAR archive into a .ZIP archive (the Sysnative upload)?

It certainly makes life a bit more difficult for me :0(

Your UEFI/BIOS (version N14ET35W (1.13) ) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Please let us know which diagnostics you have run - and what the results were for each.

Then, please run these free diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Out of 50 memory dumps there were at least 9 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

If this is still under warranty, you may want to contact the manufacturer for directions on how to get this repaired (if it is hardware).
Most often they want you to clean install Windows from their recovery partition before they'll work on it/replace it - but each manufacturer is different.

thank you so much for the analysis.

and sorry for putting a .RAR archive into a .ZIP, it was because the file was too large, and the upload utility did not allow me to upload it.

In the meantime I've ran again the Lenovo Companion utility and installed all the driver upgrades it suggested, including a new BIOS.

I've also ran their custom hardware-check utility and everything seems fine - I'm attaching here the report.

However even after the bios and driver upgrades I still got 3 BSOD's today. Less than lately, but still an issue.

So I've created a bootable USB with the hardware diagnostics and I plan to let memtest overnight, will report afterwards.

I see this is going in the direction of a clean install but I still hope to avoid that.

If you're having trouble with the size limits on uploads, simply upload it to a free file-hosting service (I suggest OneDrive) and post a link to it here.

Please zip up and upload the contents of the C;\Windows\Minidump folder

If it won't zip for you there, then copy it to your Desktop and zip it up there.
