There is no systeminfo.txt report in the uploaded reports.
As such, I'm unable to evaluate several areas.
Please:
systeminfo:
Please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "systeminfo.exe >%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the syteminfo.txt file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .txt file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
NOTE: Will not work with Windows XP
Your UEFI/BIOS (version v17.17) dates from 2015. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system. This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).
You have an unknown number of Windows Update hotfixes installed. Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important. Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.
DVDFab shows an enormous number of crashes in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report.
Please uninstall it and see if that stops the crashes.
If it does, then you may want to try downloading a fresh copy of the latest, W10 compatible version and giving that a try.
You have several different mouse drivers installed (and it appears that your mouse and keyboard are USB).
A couple date from 2010, and another from 2012
And there's some Logitech software that dates from 2012 also.
Please uninstall all of it from Control Panel...Programs and Features.
Once that's done, also ensure that you update your chipset and USB 3.0 drivers from the manufacturer's website.
Here's the drivers that I'm talking about:
