Hello,

Im new here.

I search for this particular BSOD and I found at least three of the same postings but, basically, I never got an error code, and it seems that the dmp file is always needed.

So, I was using DVDFAB, and watching a youtube video. All of a sudden, this BSOD came up and it restarted.

First time this has happened.

My system is a:

Windows 10 64 bits

AMD (fx) 4130 Quad Core Processor 3.80GHz

16gb RAM

HDD1: ssd 120gb (OS)

HDD2: 1tb 7200rpm (for data)

I was not using anything related to USB or plugged/unplugged any device to my pc.

However, I always have USB devices connected:

Keyboard, mouse

USB headphones: 1usb for signal, 1 usb for charging

1 webcam (not in use)

So, Mr Wizard, what is going on?

Thank you everyone for your help.

Attached are the prfmon /report file as "leinad23ec01.zip

and Sysnativefile report

There is no systeminfo.txt report in the uploaded reports.
As such, I'm unable to evaluate several areas.

Please:

systeminfo:
Please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "systeminfo.exe >%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt" (without the quotes) and press Enter.  Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the syteminfo.txt file.  If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.  Then zip up the .txt file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
NOTE:    Will not work with Windows XP

Your UEFI/BIOS (version v17.17) dates from 2015.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

You have an unknown number of Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

DVDFab shows an enormous number of crashes in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report.

Please uninstall it and see if that stops the crashes.

If it does, then you may want to try downloading a fresh copy of the latest, W10 compatible version and giving that a try.

You have several different mouse drivers installed (and it appears that your mouse and keyboard are USB).
A couple date from 2010, and another from 2012

And there's some Logitech software that dates from 2012 also.

Please uninstall all of it from Control Panel...Programs and Features.

Once that's done, also ensure that you update your chipset and USB 3.0 drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Here's the drivers that I'm talking about:

ElcMouLFlt.sys               Mon Oct  4 19:30:57 2010 (4CAA63B1)
Kaspersky Lower Mouse Device Filter driver http://usa.kaspersky.com/downloads/

lvuvc64.sys                  Mon Oct 22 22:12:08 2012 (5085FCF8)
Logitech USB Video Class Driver (WebCam) http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/support_downloads/downloads/&cl=us,en
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=lvuvc64.sys

t_mouse.sys                  Mon Dec  3 01:19:30 2012 (50BC4472)
iBall Advanced Mouse driver http://www.iball.co.in/Download.aspx
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=t_mouse.sys

If that doesn't stop the BSOD's, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Hello usasma!!

Thank you for replying. Im attaching the systeminfo.ext here.

Also, its a lot to take in your reply.

I am ghoing to have to go one by one in each driver. Unfortunately, the BSOD is not happening often. So far I have had only this problem once.

However, there are steps I will take and hope for the best:

-I will check for Windows updates

-I will uninstall all those mouse/keyboard drivers and reinstall only the ones I need.

-Uninstall the webcam.

-Uninstall and re-install the DVDFab software.

So far I think that is what you can see from mny report, correct?

Also, forgot to mention my video card: (all drivers are up to date) info is attached as well.

Nothing different in these reports.

Please keep up with the things that I suggested.

If the BSOD's continue, please post back.
