Phone or network problem?

Just bought a SECOND Samsung J7 that has the same problem as the first:complaints from others that I fade in and out, sometimes sounding as though underwater. I hear others fine. I previously had a Galaxy Prevail--no problems. All phones used on Boost. Any thoughts appreciated.

How is your cellular connection? How many bars? 3G? 4G? Speed test? If signal is good, but connection speed is poor,try resetting APN.


Also, are you using any kind of headset? If so, does it occur talking direct into phone?


Last, have you tried Wifi calling?
