Has anyone else run into the following problem?

A user is in a network folder and goes to search for a file that they know is located in a folder. They enter the file into the Windows Explorer Search Bar and it comes up with no results. However if they go into the folder and scroll through the files they find the file. I have seen this on a number of forums but it is usually in regards to someone searching using the start menu search feature.

I have tried rebuilding indexes, checked settings on the servers where the files are kept, but no luck.

Has anyone else ran into this?
