The idea is to join BC and read all the notes provided on all the subjects that interest you or fit into the category of your particular fault.  If new users, like me many years ago, for through the forums looking for solutions before posting in one of the selected categories.  Most often new users will directed by a moderator to read guidelines and suggestions before posting.  Many members post questions in generic terms when specifics are needed.  MOBO type, CPU, GPU and so many other details that are needed to evaluate the fault are left out.  PC's are just like people, no two are alike.
