Cached Windows updates and downloads

Earlier System restore data (best way to do this?)

Why would you want to delete those? What are you trying to accomplish?

Free up about 10g of space.

How big is your drive? 10 gb seems like such a trivial amount of space that you might not actually gain anything and might actually do some harm.

True. A leftover habit from days of much smaller HD's
